生物医学工程研究所招聘博士後

一、項目負責人介紹

任秋实教授是北京大學生物医学工程系的特聘讲席教授,国家教育部长江学 者特聘教授,美国俄亥俄州立大学兼职教授,德国海德堡大学客座教授;是北京 大学信息与工程科学部副主任,国家杰出青年基金获得者,国家科技部重点基础 研究计划“973”项目首席科学家,国家重大科学仪器设备开发专项项目负责人。 任秋实教授长期从事多模态分子医学影像技术的研究,领导研发了国际上第一台 将 PET、SPECT、FMI 与 CT 四种成像模态集成至同一系统中的影像设备;多次获 得国内外专利;为促进我国高端医学影像装备的技术发展及临床应用做出了卓越 的贡献。

研究团队在医学影像装备关键核心器件研发、整机集成以及智能化应用上有 着长期的研发经验;重视放射性药物和多模态医学影像探针的研发;注重科研成 果转化;强调人才培养应结合知识学习,科研实践,与国际视野。团队计划通过 多模态医学影像项目建设提供一个集科學研究、技术开发、人才培养为一体的高 科技平台,服务于生命科学、临床医学、生物医药研发等领域的需要。

二、招聘位置的研究方向

为了更好的开发面向脑科学、癌症、眼科学等重大疾病和生命科学问题的多模态 医学影像技术,研究所决定招聘位置的研究方向为:

1. 多模态影像理论与技术研究; 2. 分子靶向性药物与探针; 3.眼科学医疗设 备研发。

三、培養方式

以北大深圳研究生院的项目开展为主,并结合国内外顶尖研究所进行合作研 究。对于在站期间表现出发展潜力的博士後,可优先推荐到美国、德国、日本、 香港等地合作交流访问,同时给予留校工作的机会。

四、聘期薪資待遇 

(一)深圳市待遇

1、市政府对在站博士後发放每人每年 18 万元的生活补助,总额不超过 36 万元。

2、出站后留深工作可申请 30 万元科研启动经费。

3、符合深圳市人才條件可以享受相關獎勵補貼。

4、根据深圳市有关博士後的户口政策,博士後本人可以在深圳落户,配偶 及子女随迁;

五、應聘要求

(一)所有岗位一般要求 博士毕业,在国际学术期刊上发表过 SCI 论文,有主动性、事业心、责任感 和团队合作精神。

(二)部分崗位具體要求

岗位 1:生物医学工程、光学工程、光机,精密仪器等相关专业背景与研究经 历,具有zemax经验优先。参与眼科医疗仪器原型机的研发以及改进工作。

岗位 2:计算机,机器视觉,数学等相关专业背景与研究经历,参与医疗医学图 像的分析处理,具有机器视觉的基本知识如图像的分割,配准,融合等。具有 OpenCV 经验的优先考虑.

岗位 3: 电子,电气,精密仪器等相关专业的背景以及研究经历,参与进行 LD 驱动电路的设计,高速采集卡的设计。

岗位 4: 拥有有机化学、药物化学、生物医学等相关专业背景;有从事靶向性 多肽合成、核素制备和放射性药物合成研究经验的优先;有生物技术经验,会生物信息学分析的优先

Postdoctoral Research Fellow Recruitment Multiple openings in the field of biomedical engineering and multi-mode medical imaging in Peking University, Shenzhen Graduate School. Positions are available immediately and open until filled.

Group leader introduction 

Dr. Qiushi Ren is the director of the Biomedical Engineering Institute in Peking University, Shenzhen Graduate School; a distinguished professor of Changjiang Scholar granted by the Chinese Ministry of Education; an adjunct professor at the Ohio State University, USA; a visiting professor at the Heidelberg University, Germany; and a deputy director of the Information and Engineering Science Department of Peking University. He is also the chief scientist of the “973” project granted by the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the principal investigator in the national major scientific instrument and equipment development project. Prof. Ren Qiushi has long been engaged in the research of multimodal medical imaging technology. He has led the development of the first international imaging equipment that integrates four imaging modalities of PET, SPECT, FMI and CT into the same system. He has made outstanding contributions to the technical development and clinical applications of high-end medical imaging equipment in China.

1. Research directions

In order to better develop multimode medical imaging technologies for major diseases and life science issues such as cancer, neurodegenerative disease, brain and eye science, etc., our institute is recruiting multiple interdisciplinary researchers for these research directions:

(1) Multi-mode medical imaging theories and technologies

(2) Molecular targeted drugs and imaging probes for theranostics

(3) Medical device R&D for eye health

2. Salary and Benefits

General benefits

(1) The government offers post-docs living allowance of RMB 180,000 per person per year (after-tax), for up to RMB 360,000 in total.

(2) Peking University Shenzhen Graduate School will provide competitive benefits and packages, which includes social security etc. in accordance with relevant regulations. (3) Performance bonus is given on a quarterly basis, and the annual bonus may reach 100,000 yuan.

(4) You may have the priorities to apply for a faculty position and for 300,000 RMB of research start-up funds from the government according to achievements.

(5) For those who obtained the PhD degree abroad in the top 200 universities, you can apply for the Shenzhen Peacock Plan and receive a benefit of 1.6M -3.0M RMB.

3. Requirements 

The candidates should hold a doctoral degree and have published SCI papers in academic journals. Anyone who are self-motivated, achievement-oriented, responsible, with teamwork spirit are encouraged to apply. Specific requirements for some positions are showing below:

Position 1: Professional backgrounds and research experience in biomedical engineering, optical engineering, optical machine, precision instrument; zemax experience is preferred. The candidates will participate in the development and improvement of the prototype of ophthalmic medical instruments.

Position 2: Computer, machine vision, mathematics and other related professional backgrounds and research experience. The candidates will participate in the analysis and processing of medical images, which requires basic knowledge of machine vision such as image segmentation, registration, fusion and so on. OpenCV experience is preferred.

Position 3: The professional background and research experience in electronics, electrical, precision instruments, etc. The candidates will participate in the design of LD drive circuit, design of high-speed acquisition card.

Position 4: The candidates should have professional backgrounds in organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, or biotechnology; research experience in molecular targeted drugs, peptide synthesis, bioinformatics analysis and radiopharmaceutical synthesis are preferred.
